Hayes has graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas. During the six weeks of training, the airman studied the Air Force mission, organization, and military customs and courtesies; performed drill and cereand marches, mony received physical training, rifle marksmanship, field training exercises, and special training in human relations. In addition, airmen who complete basic training earn credits toward an associate degree through the Community College of Jennifer Ann Thorup was her Young Women's' Medallion, Sunday march 6, 2005 by Bishop Wade Beams of the Westlake Ward, Granger North Stake Jennifer is the daughter of Andy and Sandee Thorup of West Valley City. She is the granddaughter of Kenneth and Luana Thorup and Joe and Sammy Hardward, both of West Valley City. She is the oldest of 5 children and has been a great example to her family and all she comes in contact with. She is also an honor student at Granger High School, presented the Air Force. He is the son of Nathaniel Hayes of S. Brandy Wood Drive, West Valley City, Utah, and Sherri Kay of Ridge Ave., Stone Mountain, Ga. Hayes is a 2001 graduate of Redan High School, Stone Navy Airman David A. Martin, son of Julie Taylor of West Valley, Utah, is currently in the middle of a routine scheduled deployment, while assigned to the aircraft carrid er USS Carl Vinson, in Bremerton, Wash. Martin and more than 7, 600 of his shipmates of the Carl Vinson Carrier Strike Group (CSG), deployed to the Persian Gulf in support of the global war on terrorism. The Carl Vinson CSG recently relieved the USS Harry S. Truman CSG in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and maritime security operations. Carriers like the Carl Vinson are deployed throughout the world to maintain U.S. presence and provide rapid response in times of crisis. They serve as a highly visible deterrent to would-b- e aggressors, and are equipped with the most versatile and powerful weapons and aircraft available. Martin is a 1999 graduate home-porte- while and plans on attending college this fall. Her family would like to congratulate her and let her know how proud they are of her. Congratulations Jennifer! He is the son of Sandra Lachowsky of South Noble Fir Cove, Magna, Utah. Parry graduated in 2000 from Cyprus High School, Magna Ashley Labrum, a 22 year old female, has been missing since April 14, 2005. Ashley has blonde hair and blue eyes, she weighs 200 Lbs., and is Her birthday is 5'4" October 30, 1982. Ashley, is a "high functioning" autistic person. She has been staying temporarily at her mother's home in the Holladay area Celebrate! Virginia Erskine Nettles will Celebrate her 90th birthday at the home of her daughter Lynne Garcia with family and friends on Saturday, April 23, 2005. recovering from pneumonia. Otherwise, she is and lives in an apartment (also in Holladay self-sufficie- nt City). On Thursday, April 14th she took the bus from her neighborhood to her job as a janitor at the U of U. Coworkers reported that she was at work from approx. 6 a.m. to 10 a.m., which is her normal work hours. She then, normally rides the bus back home after work. Because Ashley is splitting time between two residences, no one realized she was missing until late Thursday night. Deputies and detectives have been checking with all acquaintances, but so far have not located Ashley. She is NOT dependant upon any medication and is capable of calling family if she becomes lost. Family members are concerned that if she realizes or discovers the efforts to locate her, she might be embarrassed and afraid to call home. However, if you do see Ashley, please let her know that she is not in trouble and that she needs to call home. The Sheriffs Office has no evidence of foul play, but is very concerned about the extended absence. Ashley's family is not prepared at this time to meet with the media, but thanks you for your concern and assistance.
