The worlds longest three-hou- r tour is coming to Salt Lake City in a shipwrecked spoof that sets out to answer the unanswered qustions like: where did the castaways get all the clothes? How did they recharge batteries? Why did so many people land on the island but search crews couldnt find them and a lot more. Youll see it all as OBT turns its eye to the popular TV series. Hie castaways, the coconut cream pies, the bamboo washing machine, cannibals, and so much more. This episode finds the island visited by radio action hero Biff Stinger, played by OBT standout Russ Peacock. The castaways believe they will finally get off the island, but Biff has other plans. Can they make him change his mind and help them leave the island? Probably not, but youll love seeing all the things they try in order to get home. Joining Peacock onstage as the castaways are Cody K. Carlson in the title role, with Bus Riley making his OBT debut as the captain of the SS Guppy. Eric Jensen and Melissa Porter will play Thirsty and Lovely Howell. Ben Porter is the Professor with a deep, dark secret, and DeeLayna Carter and Alexis Robert Bogue is the assistant director and costumes are by Laura Bedore and Dorothy Keddington. Scenic design and painting are by local artist Frank Ackerman. Off Broadway is located at 272 South Main in downtown Salt Lake City.
