The library has no peers as far as the electronic possibilities are concerned. Our concerted efforts have paid off. Our city has been blessed with the cleaning project of Dekcer Lake underway. Health hazards of the lake have been corrected, and now it is an opportunity to turn this sows ear into a thing of beauty for the people in the area. Some are national or even internain scope. They include Franklin tional Quest, Frito-LaDana, Banner Aerospace, and Health Benefits America. Street maintenance, curbs, gutters, and sidewalks are being installed and repaired. There are many things that have happened and space is limited, so I will only touch on some of the accomplishments, knowing that there is a greater story behind each item. Street lighting has been installed throughout the city, helping to keep our streets safe, as well as providing a personal assurance of confidence.
