Some people will lose weight on 800 calories a day, while others who are more active can drop the same weight by eating 1,500 calories and more. Relax. Take a good look! A gWlook. (I bet you wouldn't send that picture out on your Christmas cards, would you?) Now, measure your waist and see how the count compares to that of your teenage years. Then keep exercising, eating properly and measuring. Remember that the scale lies. Mirrors and tape measures don't! vj .
