Mammoth City needed a hero to save them from the vile clutches of the power-ma- d Pelican and his corrupt cohorts, Puzzler and Brat Woman. Who will come forward to defend the good citizens of Mammoth City from these fowl fiends? Gnatman and Atom are back and as they battle the action is non-sto-p EVIL (you know, Everything against Vile in Life) and save the citizens of Mammoth and the world from becoming mere puppets in the dastardly plan of the Pelican. Will these criminal masterminds prove to be too much for our superheroes? Is there someone else waiting in the wings to bring forth justice? Tune in, same Gnat time, same Gnat place for an insect you wont forget. Join Desert Star players Brett Larson, Kaycee Sanchez, Amber Woody, Stewart Gregory, Jason Tatom, Michael Claridge, Ken Grazier, and Brad Charon in another timely comic spoof for a Gnaturally great time. Gnatman Too! was written by Eric Jensen and is directed by Michael Claridge. Musical direction is by David Len Allen. Technical direction, set design and painting, and special effects are under the direction of Randy Barker and Frank Ackerman. All productions at the Desert Star Playhouse include accompanying Olio Acts. This productions Olio features a 1960s theme featuring song, dance, and comedy in traditional Desert Star style. Gnatman Too! runs Thursday, Desert Star has cabaret style seating with free popcorn on every table. Pizza, soft drinks, and ice cream desserts are also available.
