| Show I 1 perhaps it is not generally known that the revised ordinances of DO brigham I 1 city are now printed and the regulations therein stipulated are of force there is one ordinance that of impounding cattle running at large which was detective defective in the old ordinances and could not be enforced so throughout the past winter owners of cattle horses and other animals coming within the meaning of the ordinance have been permitted in some cases to roam unmolested through the of the city now that the ordinance has been revised and published it is a law and the officers are obligated to see that it is enforced following is the clause found in chapter 4 see sec 82 83 sec sa CATTLE RUNNING AT LARGE ETC it shall be the duty of the marshal and police to impound all cattle horses mules sheep goats or swine tinning bunning at large or herded hobbled picketed or staked out upon any streets sidewalks or any other public place within the limits of the city provided that nothing herein contained shall be so construed as to prevent any person front from driving cows work cattle horses mules or other animals from outside the city into any |
