A delicious repast was enjoyed by members, guests, and wives after which past District Governor Verdell Dyches honored guests, recognized special occasions, and installed the new officers for the 1979-8- 0 year of Lionism. The honored guest was lovely Ms. Tuula Tenilia from Finland. She is an exchange student sent to us by the Lions of Finland who encourage as to do the same with some of our young people. Ms. Tenilia enjoyed the evening and was made welcome by all throughout the program. Two special occasions were recognized by Gov. Dyches.
