Show 4 Thursday, April 18, 1974 i Temple ceremony unites newlyweds Mr. and Mrs. Jack Turner, 4950 W. 4300 South, Kearns, announce the marriage of their daughter, Robyn, to Howard Jackson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Jackson, 4900 South 4340 W., also of Kearns. The young couple were united in marriage on April 11 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. A recep- tion followed that evening at the Seville Reception Center. The bridal gown was of white satin styled with an empire waist, long, full sleeves and trimmed with lace and seed pearls. Her veil fell from a lace head-piec- e into a chapel train. The bouquet was y ellow roses and carnations in a cascade. Maid of honor was Julie Turner and the bridesmaids were Teri Whittaker, Tonia Adams, Mary Jackson and Shelli Turner. They were Mr. and Mrs. Simons GEM THEATRE hats. Jackie and Jodie Turner served as flower girls. Miss Lee Ann Boehme was at the I; brides book. Attending the groom as best man was Kenneth Jack-sowhile Glen Jackson, Robert Cowan, Paul Whittaker, Loyal Adams, John Turner and Gordon Jackson acted as ushers. The mothers gowns were floor length, of purple crepe, and they pinned corsages of roses and carnations to their n, shoulders. The bride will graduate from Kearns High School in June. The, groom has graduated from Kearns High and is now attending Utah Technical College. They will make their home in Salt Lake City. Her veil is waist length, of bridal illusion. Matron of honor is Chris Perfili, maid of honor is Cheryl Ames and bridesmaids are Shaunna Taylor and Colby Conradsen. They will be dressed in models of light blue, floor length. Little Miss Christina Si- mons will be a flower girl. She will wear a long dress of medium blue. Mothers of the bride and groom will also be dressed in medium blue, long gowns. Serving as Dest man will be Stewart Simons. Ushers will be Carl Christensen, Mike Welker, Mike Perfili, Bill Jones, Gary Wadsworth, Todd Simons and Tony Rogers. The bride and groom are both graduates of Cyprus High School where they were active in many clubs. Shawn has attended the Un- Mr. and Mrs. Howard Jackson iversity of Utah and U. May be you would like to try it with your next pie. il Pie Crust No-Fa- 2-- 1 1 1 c. flour tsp. salt c. lard (shortening) egg 14 c. water tbs. vinegar Sift flour and salt into a bowl and cut in lard (shortening), blending so that the mixture sticks together when 1 pressed in the hand. Beat egg in a bowl, add water and stir, then add vinegar. Pour this mixture a little at a time into the flour mixture. Ilontget too moist. Roll out between waxed paper.
