The young couple will make their home in Magna f THRIFTY DUTCH CASSEROLE 1 pound frozen fish fillets 6 slices day old bread Soft butter or margarine 10 oz Holland Edam or Gouda cheese 1 tablespoon chopped onion f ? V,,i I Li'. $ Janet Thompson 3 eggs 2 1 aw cups milk teaspoon seasoned salt prepared mustard 12 teaspoon Poach fillets m milk until fish flakes. Set aside. Spread bread slices with butter and arrange in x 12" x 2 baking pan, lightly buttered. Cover with thick slices of Holland cheese and chopped onion. Top cheese with whole or flaked fish. Beat eggs until thick and light, stir in milk and remaining ingredients. Pour over bread, cheese and fish. Cover with wax paper and let stand 1 hour at room temperature or refrigerate for several hours. Bake uncovered in preheated 350F. oven for minutes until set.
