He was born in Lehi, Utah, and had resided in Mesa for the past i - 20 years. n and Mr. Spratley, was a gradarea, in this regarded uate of Cyprus High School and the University of Utah. He had also been a prominent golfer and won many titles when he was a member of the Copper Golf Club. well-know- fee MUf DEDICATION HELD On Sunday, Aug. 6, of the beautiful Lake Ridge Wardhouse and Oquinh East Stake House. Throngs attended the program. The formal dedication cf the beautiful building that houses the three Lake Ridge wards, as well as the Oquirrh East Stake, was held Sunday evening, highlighted by the attendance of Elder Marion G. Romney of the Council of the Twelve Apostles, Church of of Latter-da- 28, 1960. The Lake Ridge Ward was organized June 15, 1958, and has had three men serve as bishops Ben K. Simmons, Joseph Davies Jr. and Justin C. White. The Lake Ridge Second Ward was organized June 15, 1958, and has had two bishops, Paul F. Luckau and George J. Beagley. The Third Ward held organization May 26, 1963, and Edward J. Huber Jr., has served as its bishop. The first meeting was conducted, in the building June 25, 1961.
