Mr. Denison is the son of Mrs. BABY'S COLIC NOT k Wit-bec- and is recovering from major surgery performed a few weeks ago. Elder Steven Wilkins and his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Owen Wil- kins of Boise, Idaho, were recent guests at the home of Elder Wilkins grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Elwood Wilkins. The group met Elder Wilkins at the airport on his return from an LDS Church mission to the Southern States where he served for two years. Elder Wilkins has now registered as a student at the Brigham Young University. MISSIONETTES MEET The Missionettes, an organization for girls of the Assembly of God Church, met at the home of Mrs. Marge Simpson February 15th for a pancake supper to honor their fathers. Mrs. Simpson was assisted by the second leader, Ruby Brown. The tables were decorated in a valentine theme with valentines made by tne girls for decoration and also for their fathers. Mr. Charles Herric was chef and 24 guests enjoyed pancakes and trimmings. During the evening Joanne Burnett was awarded a prize for having read the most scriptures during the past two weeks, and Carol Wright was the lucky winner of a box of candy for her father. A Fathers and Sons banquet is being planned for St. Patricks Day. The Hunter Fifth Ward will hold a Building Fund dinner March 4th at the Hunter Fifth Center. This will be a southern and style dinner of corn-brea- d beans. The money for a new ward house is scheduled to be in by that evening and the thermometer will raise as each member gives his pledge. The dinner begins at 6:30 p.m. A fireside was held at the home of Bishop Earl Walk Sunday. Eider Richard Nielson was guest speaker and showed slides as he told of his experiences while on a mission to Samoa. Mrs. George Rushton entertained Sunday at a lovely birthday dinner honoring her husbands anniversary. Guests included Mr. and Mrs. Walter Nielson and family of Kearns, Mr. and Mrs. Keith Rushton and family and Mr. and Mrs. Darrel Rushton and family. The group enjoyed home movies after Mrs. Marva Fite returned home Tuesday from the Valley West Hospital where she spent several days recuperating from an automobile accident caused by a slippery spot on the highway. Mrs. Fite suffered cuts around the right eye, cheek and She forehead. is recovering nicely. MOTHER'S FAULT Mothers, you are not to blame if your new-bor- n baby develops colic.
