Show MAGMA TIMES, MASK A, UTAH Thursday, T Brockbank Students End Examinations Scad Itcns Aptitude Tests Indicative Of Student's Ability For the past six weeks, ninth grade students at the Brockbank Junior High School have been studying the World of Work" in their world geography classes. Then, a few weeks ago, they spent seven hours completing a series of eight tests all classified under the Differential Aptitude Test. Purpose of this test is to feature each students abilities and aptitudes in various fields. It is indicative of whether a student should go into manual or scholastic fields and is used as a guide in helping him plan his education from this point on. Some students gain high scores in several of the areas tested, while others show a very definite path to follow in their training. Typical of the high scorers are these students, shown here checking the test and some of the 5,000 occupations on file at the counselors office, with John W. world geography teacher.
