SCHOOL ARRANGES MlturublUbfr tvnptin AN INESCAPABLE CONCLUSION The fact that industrial production has increased while employment has decreased reveals a dangerous situation in the econolnic area. It probably means a permanent group of unemployed unless hours are reduced so there will be ork for everybody able and wil.ing to abor. Otherwise, the government seems to be headed for a permanert job in supporting those unable to find employment. Without regard to the constitutionality of NRA or whether it was a good cr evil influence upon this country there seems to be little reason to doubt, that since its demise, hours have been lengthened and reduced. The observation applies tc wages Magna and Garfield and everywhere else in the United States. Tak about the employers upholding the abandoned standards is a waste of time unless there is some compulsion to make the task mandatory We think that the leaders of the natior well this might as give problem some of their atten tion.
