and limitations as to preclude any squandering of public property in aid of private enterprises and to confine the expenses of carr carrying ving on public business within proper limits of economy despite the almost unanimous opposition of a republican majority and we favor the adap ion of the proposed constitution we e the women of utah upon their admission to equal political oal rights with men under the provisions of r the constitution propose dand the democratic party for the earnest and able sup up port of that measure by it its representatives in the constitutional convention we denounce as aa false the charge that the democratic party of utah haw ban been guilty of stuffing ballot boxes or 0 her election frauds and condemn the re publican party for its unwarranted and libelous attack upon the majority of the utah commission and deplore the lack ot of principle shown by its attempt without any evidence and for partisan purposes to besmirch the character of honorable
