isaac corn coon and james coon executors ol 01 toe the estate of abram coon de eased represented that the deceased had occupied for the last thirty years a certain piece of property lying on the banks of the jordan river tiie tie title thle to which was vested 14 the city that the deceased had paid taxes on the same for thirty years past and they thought blaey were entitled to a deed for the same
