According to SACMs list, SUU has 182 ESL students enrolled in its program, and 158 are Saudi Arabian. This puts Saudi Arabian students at 87 percent of the ESL population, 52 percent over the cap of 35 percent, marking SUU as Utah other However, schools are also marked as including Weber State University with 43 percent Saudi Arabian in their ESL population program, and Salt Lake Citys Study Language English Center at 38 percent. Given the size of the university and size of the program, we are going to cap the number of ESL students to about 150-16- 0 students, Cook said. Cook said the cap on this has nothing to do with the allegations of plagiarism that have recently been brought against the ESL program.
