A parade is scheduled that evening, beginning at 8:30 p.m. The parade will begin on Main Street and end at Thunderbird Football Stadium where there will be a movie and pizza party. Physical activities continue with a volleyball tournament from p.m. on the Lower Quad. Events continue at 9 p.m. with a hydrotube and swim party at Cedar Middle School. Thursday the Lower Quad will house the Greek Olympics from p.m. The Greek organizations are sponsoring the events students interested in participating should contact the presidents. The Carribean Superstars will play for the luau Thursday night at 8 p.m. Everyone is invited to enjoy the roast pig and other food at the dinner on the Upper Quad. Club booths will be set up at the luau. The Spring Formal is planned for Friday night beginning at 9 p.m. at the College Cabin. The week concludes with a hike up Bryce Canyon. Those interested should meet at the Student Center at 9 a.m. Saturday. Sack lunches will be available for $2. Students may attend the entire weeks activities for $6. MOM OKSPGJESSflOKlS Spring Fever has reached Cedar City, and to celebrate ASSUSC is sponsoring the annual Spring Wing Ding with several outdoor events. A week long tennis tournament will kick off the weeks activities. All students are invited to play in the event. Sign ups will be in the Student Activities Office. Sports fans may also participate in the frisbee football tournament today from 8 p.m. Teams should have six to seven players. Two of the sessions run for four weeks and the regular summer session lasts for eight weeks, said Assistant Academic Provost Phillip C. Carter. Registration for the first summer session, which runs through July 13, continues until classes begin June 18. Registration dates for the regular summer session, June 18 through August 10, are the same as for the first session. Second session classes begin June 16 and continue through August 10. Students may sign up for those courses through July 16. The late registration fee will be charged beginning July 17, according to D. Mark Barton, director of admissions and records. Students may either register in person at the registrars office on the second floor of the Administration Building or by calling 4 or Payment of all registration costs is due prior to the beginning of the late registration fee period. Summer session tuition is equal for all students, as the fee is dropped for that quarter. Attending summer school provides students the opportunity to take care of general education courses in a short amount of time.
