FOULGER ARRAIGNED THREE indictments AGAINST FOULGER this morning warr warrants ailts r cf rf f arrest were served on henry grow john W keddington andl Herbert J foulger and when they reached Al marshal arshal ire lands landl i office they were notified anat the grand jury had presented indictments a against ainest them for cohabiting with their wives wises one each against mr grow and mr keddington and three against mr air foul foulger ger the three defendants repaired to the third district court room and henry grow was first called the indictment was read charging that from december 1882 to october loth 1885 he lived and cohabited witti with julia it grow and emma sarah ra elins grow as his wives contrary to law the document was dated nov oth and signed by morris it evans foreman
