Show contemptuous 11 II chronicles CHAP 9 behold in the last davs days strange things continued to come to pass even so much so that sob sober erm er m minded people were astonished notwithstanding in the past the judges and inquisitors inqui were fond of contempt yet another man even a commissioner being clothed with a little brief authority was desirous of contempt even to the amount of about the Tho therefore he did ponder much how he might be able to bring it about for he desired this mu much ch even with an exceeding great desire now when he heard there was acer tain young woman in the nineteenth ward whom he thought might be contemptuous he did sead straightway and have bave her brought before him mm for he was anxious in this thing thins therefore he manifested considerable zeal and when she was brought before him she was duly arraigned and they straightway began to put questions to her but bahola behold she held her tongue therefore in order to let the contempt accumulate he did continue the case from timeto time and about the fourth hour of the day she was a again aln ain examined and she was quizzed something in this wise are you a married lady have you ever since you were fourteen years of age gone through any marriage ceremony and divers other questions were asked hut but she held her peace and answered not therefore he did ask her have you been instructed or is this thing voluntary with you and she said unto him 1 I du do it of my own f free ree will then he said unto her do you ou I 1 know the consequences therefore therelo re she was adjudged contemptuous to the amount of about fiat nifty fifty dollars the next day being the sabbath sabbath and a d day ay of rest the case rested notwithstanding she was sent to the place inthe in the midst of the aforetime prepared for such people they did this thing that she might might ruminate now when the next day ay was come the case was again continued but with the same result therefore thia time the contempt was accumulated to the amount of one hundred dollars so his honor seemed to have his soul satisfied for a time for the shekels that were hoped to be obtained by such proceedings were great notwithstanding this man knew this case should be straightway taken before the inquisitors inqui and the same routine of shekels follow yet he desired to do these things in order that some of the shekels might find their way into his great mone money F bag therefore be it known this contempt is getting to be a big thing and because of 61 this it mauseth the crusaders to rejoice but the time cometh when they shall shail be held in derision nevertheless contempt may continue to abound in divers cases even as it is merited by those who sit in judgment and condemn or write scandal about the innocent all such shall ye hold in supreme contempt and when they shall revile you and print all manner of evil about you and be begin n to stir up commotion in the in midst d st pf af the people shall not they be held lin contempt verily I 1 say unto you they shall for hath not their master done such things from froin the begin nin when hen ye see the commissioner aided by the chief lawyer and backed by the inqui inquisitors and when the chief ruler aular ruleth the thing proper know ye ye not they are in much contempt even to the bein being of a stink in the nostrils of all footmen go goodmen osmen oTmen and when the sneaks and spotters crawl around your houses in the dark hours of the night nigh gryl prying ng into the condition of your ne neighbors I 1 bors and circulating all manner of f false reports ye shall hold them in disgust and contempt and when the great men of the crusade chuckle to themselves and have much sport in their secret councils and plan with exceeding great craft how they may catch the people and I 1 inflict n punishment upon them ye shall say great eat is our contempt for these th things 1 s and when the sadducees and scribes ea and other sects arise in your midst and expound the scriptures and twist them into various meanings to suit themselves and deny the purer things thinas of the la law laa w of god behold they are already in contempt and when ye see such things smothered up as the irons case and the ames case and other cases wherein great preat abominations hath been done coth doth ireat oth not god hold them in contempt and will he not mock wien when when their calamity cometh and when men in secret places and doth tarry unto the gratification of their desires and they sneer at a t the purity of ot plural women verily verily I 1 say unto you great is the contempt in store for them and when men who are corrupt and who commit certain blasphemous things in secret and who seek to cover their shame lj by tile the cloak of piet piety are loud in denouncing denoun cin ciu the saints behold they are already adl adjudged budged in much con empt yea to such all au extent that the amount of their penalty has not been et computed woe is unto all such for verily they shall be cast out into 0 duter uter darkness and their prison bands shall be strone strong strong yea 1 they shall ilot not escape for they mis MIN must t pay tile the uttermost farthing verily I 1 say may ay unto yon von these shall not liot escape the thu hot not places plaes of hell liell yea yra I 1 shall be in near the thu tribune office for what punishment could be inflicted them than this even to be the companion of ciuca suell men yea methinks satan himself cotil doth sometimes blush at such things as transpire and are done by the crusaders know ye not that in a certain city in t the he east there Is an institution called room root conlan even so in the beautiful city of theowest the west there is an institution called dick nick dica conlan but lom tow is no relation to dick for behold in the Bickson dickson ian lan institute there are many wonderful things done and performed and are they not nul all recorded in the great books that are kept for that purpose but who of all the secret acts that are done and of the great things that are concocted therein verily I 1 say unto you though they seek seer to hide bide these things f from rom men yet the day cometh when all their secret acts shall be made known and shame shall cover them from the head to the fot foot for many of their doings might bo be made known that it is not wisdom to u make known at this ti time for it is not meet that all the things t that at are found out uhe ume t should go into the papers for S some 0 things are done by shadow of law and some things are arc done v wherein herein there is no shadow save the dark shadow of the night wherein they seek to hide op up their doings I 1 therefore it matter matt ereth etli etil not to tile the saints at this time but know ye that though there be great moves made yel yet et shall they fail fall though institutes abound yet shall they vanish though the king may quietly take notes ol 01 a alt all I 1 their proceedings and may have men inen appointed who are on the tt atch and appear to not note these thins thiers 3 et eta a time of reckoning will come yea know yc ye not that a higher power ruleth who seeth all things and all thin things gsand and whose eye of compassion is moved and who hath said when it is enough even when they fill the cup to the brim brg that they shall vanish away and no place be found for them therefore be not like those who live in borrowed borrowe dlight light but bo be patient in tribulation for whether there be judges they shall cease whether there be e prisons they shall yield up them that are within them for a day of pu purification r if must needs come else are the scriptures not fulfilled therefore let the adobe walls continue to stand and abide the purposes for which they were created and let the Dickson Dickso nian lart institute continue until the time of the end and let contempt abound with the judges and commissioner until they have illein their thein fill for all these things help their part in the great cleansing process for many there be who need cleansing but bat they who are honest before the lord will abide all these things and be not shaken though they may have to pass through great things for all these things have been told of of aforetime therefore be ye wise in your day and time and keep your eye and ear open and ye shall see and bear of things as they come to pass 1 while all th they ey who seek scell to compromise and to shake hands with lucifer will be caught in his snares suares and not until it is too late for them to put on the wedding garment bowis now as to concerning the actions and rulings of the the judges and commissioner behold they are likened unto a certain king who upon a certain time had his fool yea he had selected the greatest man in all his realm in order that he might be the most skilled in subtle tricks and he said unto him though ye are a fool yet shall ye appear as being dein bein very wise if yc ye do not let jet the deop people I 1 e see you your folly lolly but Put if ye c expose your craft aft all the world shall know of your vain weakness and the finger of ridi cule cuie shall be pointed at you and though this jester had bad been fully warned of the king yet in a short time be he exposed all his craft and the courtiers all laughed and said one to another this is the biggest fool of all the fools fools of the kings court I 1 I 1 even so do men of our time expose their craft and cunning and the say in indof of the scriptures is brought to pass wherein it saith the wisdom of their wise men shall perish and the understanding it anding standing of their prudent men shall b be e hid for behold the beautiful man schem eth and the G A R maradeth pa radeth and the rabble all cla cia clamore moreth tb and expectation is on tiptoe for all the engines of blood and thunder are being brought to bear upon a defenceless fenceless de people and they have blood in their eye for they are led by a spirit of destruction and woe Is unto them verily let them work their works they are all in the hands of a power that shall let them only go so far as good in him and they them shall to their and shall have contempt to their hearts content therefore let the clouds continue to g gather ther let the thunders and PI piar play 1 their part let the rains descend an and I the powers of earth be moved these shall only be for the goodof good of the saints for they will yet have sunshine and harvest when all these contemptuous beings shall be in a place of torment where their worm
