prayer by president john E booth singing president Pre aident palmer made opening remarks elders jog joi impish mormon miner and B R R farnsworth farns worth gave reports of their labors since last conference and though their fields were not the best they could wish for they had enjoyed their labors and felt that much rood good had been done elder D F davis spoke of the blessings of god that have attended the elders in their labors president palmer spoke on the I 1 coming of christ as aa being near at hand p m singing and prayer elders E L and D F davis reported their fields of labor at some length each found some few who were desirous of learning the truth and left them investigating while the great majority were vete either indifferent or strongly opposed to the principles of the gospel difficulty was experienced in obtaining houses jn in which to preach because of the great prejudice which exists among the people elder reuben Farnswor farnsworth tb delivered a gospel
