THE STATE Tax Commission collection report for July 1 through Oct 31, issued Thursday, shows revenue during that period of $28,653,469, up more than 6 per cent from the year before. With the sales tax set at 2A per cent as of July 1, the first four months brought a return of $11,391,838.
