A HEBER construction worker, Leonard Jon Tucker, 22, was killed early Sunday when the auto he was driving left U.S. 40 north of Heber and struck a utility pole. Mrs. Mary Ashton Bird Behrs, 41, 68 Hillside Ave. (233 North), returning to Salt Lake City after a year in San Francisco, died after her auto rolled over on Highway 40 near Nev.
