legislative assembly of the territory of idaho as follows sec sec 1 I that section one ona of cf said act le be r end nd the same bame is heiob hereby y amended to read as follower follows bee see 1 that all male inhabitants over the ngo age of twenty one years shad be entitled to vote at any election el lection for delegate to Con congreso Cong gres res rss and for territorial dist district brict county and precinct of officer fleen provided they shall shail be citizens of tho the united states and ad snail haver resided in the territory four months montha and in the county thirty days when they offer to vote vot le next preceding the day of election and provided further that no bigamist polygamist nor any person who ii i or lias nas been a party to any form of eo called celestial or spiritual plural mar marriage flage nor to the performance tor for mance of any so bo called rei religious rel rite or ca oa remany reamy whereby one ma man n Is authorized e empowered or permitted to cohabit with more than ono one woman nor any person who now la Is or may hereafter her hatter batter le ee come comen a member of any social civil political cabalistic or ecclesiastical eo clety society body organization or sect which teaches 3 sanctions or permits any of the practices hereinabove sot ot forth or which authorizes or permits the promulgation or practice of any dec doctrinal trInal right or the performance for mance of any ceremony or the practice of any secret device or oranti aru ard nce lice whereby one man may be ba authorized zed or permitted or whereby such person may be induced to believe himself authorized budd huff suffered ered or permitted to have in more ore than one jiving living and end vo reed wife wite at the tha same ramo time or to practice unlawful cohabitation or sexual 1 e bual prostitution under any pro tense whatever shall be ba entitled to vote at any election held in this territory or be eligible eligi ble bie for election or appointment follows see bee 16 it any person offering to vote shall be challenged aa un qualified by any ludge judge or clerk of election or by wy other person entitled to vote at any poll in this territory one of tile the ju judges ages iges shall shail declare to the person so challenged qualifications of an elector it if such person shall then declare himself duly qualified and the challenge be not
