Ellett gave Mr. Platt $2,750, plus interest, attorney fees of $350, and costs. THE TWO MEN had contracted in 1958 for construction of a swimming pool. The two later argued about the job and according to the Supreme Courts account Mr. Locke ordered Mr. Platt from the property. Chief Justice Lester A.
