Let stand 5 minutes. Add milk which has been cooled to luke warm and remaining ingredients, except flour. Beat till batter bubbles. Add flour slowly and beat until light. Let rise till double in bulk about I'ii hours. Grease muffin tins well. Mix lt teaspoon brown sugar and a pecan nut meat in bottom of each greased tin.
