Latest information from the Boone & Crockett Club record book discloses some startling facts that might interest Utah hunters as they prepare for Utahs 1972 general deer hunt opener Saturday at daylight. Of the 229 indhidual typical mule deer listed in the book, 97 were taken in Colorado. That figure of 97 dpesnt mean much until you consider that it represents more than three times the number any other state could offer. records in the B&C arent easy to come by.
