meeting of the stockholders stock holders bolders of the ogden herald publishing company was held in the city hail hall in this city hon 1 D H peery presiding the minutes of the previous meeting held on the ath dinst were read and approved after a few remarks by the president mt it was moved by mr thomas doxey and seconded by mr john 0 thompson thau thai the temporary organization entered into on the ath of february 3 be made permanent carried unanimously unanimous the committee appointed to make mak arrangements for the publishing of the progress report was accepted and the committee honorably discharged the president stated that the order for the presses types etc etc had been sent fo an eastern house the selection and purchase had bad been ed to josep joseph h bull esq of the
