from the foregoing returns it ap pears through the irregularities discrepancies and frauds fauda shown on the face of the returns that thy theoffice of of sheriff was affected we there therefore foie fole after a thorough re canvass of the returns reject the entire ballot of adamsville Adams ville precinct i on the following grounds to wit the registry list furnished by the county clerk was missing which was subsequently sent for u upon which was one name added beju by j adges rg of election the party voting not being registered also said judges omitted to canvass compare the lists and count the votes owsald of said baid precinct we reject the ballot of amers ville precinct on the following grounds to wit two votes not on registry list sworn in and polled after a careful investigation of the returns of milford we rejected the entire ballot of said precinct on the following grounds to wit 58 votes who were never registered in beaver county were sworn swum in and accepted by the judges of elec elet election tion alten alter a re canvass of the returns and ballots of grampton Gram gnam pion plon we reject the entire ballot of said precinct on the following grounds to wit votes not regist registered ered bred were sworn in and their ballots received by j judges adges of election also we found several marked bil ballots lots upon which was supposed to tobe be the names odthe of the parties wh who 0 voted toted also we are in possession of evidence that the senior judge of election did in num numerous r instances take tako the ballot out M of f the
