Brockbank before City Judge Melvin H. Morris. The pamphlet supported the candidacy of the Democratic presidential ticket, of Gov. Calvin L. Rampton and of Milton L. Weilenman, Democratic senatorial candidate. makes public apology for such use, the chairman said in a statement.
