Caution: If you smoke you may freeze All students who study at the library and smoke know that one may freeze just to get a few drags of a cigarette This year students who do smoke may not have to face the super cold Cache Valley w ind snow and air STUDENT LIFE discovered Friday after talking to Dr Milton C Abrams University Librarian that the library s investigating the possibility of a smoking room! Is that super great enough! Now a student who wants to pollute his lungs may not have to brave the cold STUDENT LIFE told Dr Abrams Friday that many students have asked why there isn’t a smoking room in the Library Dr Abrams was aware of the problem and he is all for responding to the needs of the students He thinks the Library should have a smoking room His two main problems was finding a place for it and getting the approval of the Board of Trustees Dr Abrams said that the Library is investigating for an appropriate place to have the room We support Dr Abrams idea Some students remember three years ago when the Board finally approved the construction of the Briar after quite a battle We appeal STUDENT LIFE wants the smoking room to ASUSU Senate President Taggart and the administration to work on the smoking room idea soon before it gets cold We especially hope that ASUSU Senate will realize the need and give the students mandate to Dr Abrams KB Pity a Homan Face ” "Pity a human face There are few things in this country or world that make one’s humanity evident We are so accustomed to the extraordinary shocking situation that we have become conditioned to the shock Monday October 14 Nigger X: The Weekend Catechism the silence BY EMMANUEL OZONE CHIMA Act MR I: “Where did you spend your summer?" “Miami Florida" “Is that right!
