Show 2 STUDENT LIFE NOVEMBER EDITORIAL This 22 Week 1957 LITTLE MAN CAMPUS We Honor Holiday Hospitality Program Is Opportunity For Goodwill Utah State University’s Thanksgiving hospitality (“Take a Fellow Student Home With You) merits the support of the people of this community and campaign of Cache Valley Utah State has an extensive foreign student program there are 143 students from 33 different countries to studying on our campus What better way have we councreate friendliness between America and foreign tries than to “open our homes” to these outstanding students The repercussions of such a program are tremendous we have an opportunity to create good will on an international scale There are many American students from out of state who will not get home for Thanksgiving Again we have an opportunity to reflect the hospitality of the west by opening our homes to these students As Americans in what better way can we observe Thanksgiving than by sharing with others our own good fortune? High Grades When spring quarter rolled around Lyn received her bid from Alpha Lambda Delta the honorary fraternity for freshmen women with a 35 or over grade average The Spurs also approved of the brown-eyecoed and when the pledges met to elect their officers her leadership ability was recognized and she won the nod of her fellow spurs making her president of the organization d Here's Student Poll Results STUDENT LIFE POLL NO 3 asked for campus opinion on USU’s parking facilities A total of 45 students participated in the poll 38 said that facilities were “inadequate” The remaining 7
