tragedy of the dinst yesterday thomas W batty who received two balls through hla hia head expired at half past one pm inmost in most fearful agony deceased was vas born january at h 1848 1818 in pilley near barnsley yorkshire england i and leaves a wife and one child the coroner Corone of rane kane cou county n tj immediately upon being notified 0 of f the fact held an inquest a copy of which is herewith enclosed I 1 richard bichard fryer the slayer was bur buried burled ledin in the even evening g of the dinst respectably by order of the bounty coroner about twenty minutes past five 0 clock this morning the infant childe child joseph fryer breathed its ita last after having sundered suffered red untold agony the coroner on beningno being notified repaired to td the spot and held an
