Sam Juliano, 25, came to Westminster via the army, where he put in four years as a paratrooper. He started his football career at Carbon High. Juliano was, for two guard at Caryears, bon College. Sam was for two years at the Carbon school. He is playing right guard for the Parsons and has made an excellent showing so far this year. Juliano is 5 and weighs 170 pounds.
