Hall has been named president-elec- t of the Council of State Administrators of Vocational Rehabilitation. Dr. Hall is executive director of the Office of Rehabilitation Service for Utah. He will assume the office of president in 1969, said Adrian Towne, Madison, Wis., president of the council, which met here this week.
