| Show Second Section Second Section SECTION B OGDEN CITY UTAH WEDNESDAY EVENING JULY 2 They're Among Park Performers Dancing Festival Will Form Independence Day Attraction At City Park Bandstand to Be Setting Contests Also Scheduled Lorln Farr the bandstand iat Lorln Farr park at eleven a m Friday as the city recreation system offers its annual July 4 program The dancing festival with Helen Ward as chairman and J E (Ted) McGregor as master of ceremonies e will precede the annual city-wid- i : sports competition to be conducted at the park starting at noon In charge of the sports events will be Mark Baliff with Cliff Doxey Vic Watklnr and Glen Tout assisting Play supervisors from each of the city's centers will be on hand All other centers will be closed for the day The sport events will be divided Into groups with ages as follows: five and six seven and eight: eight and nine nine and 10 11 and 12 13 am 14 and 15 and 16 Prizes will be given the winners In each event and in each division both for boys and Rirls' About 400 children arc expected to participate in the sports program About 150 boys and girls will be on the program at the bandstand Froni Washington school where the activities have Been arranged by Ilah Smith the following program will be offered: i t '''X "J'X ' A I ' -
