Docs invites you to help commemorate their arrival to Santaquin at a grand opening celebration this Saturday, October 23, where youll find great food, door prizes, a drawing for a Mountain Bike through Dr. Pepper, and KKN Country radio joining in the fun. fim-fill- Paysonites might remember spotting the authentic barbecued food at last winters Christmas Carol Festival held in His-torDowntown Payson. Mark Morgan and family operated a booth right at the center of town, at the crossroads of Main Street and Utah Avenue, and the smoky bouquet Grade Level Activities Taylor Elementary is kicking off Red Ribbon Week with its PTA Red Ribbon Fall Carnival on Friday, October 22, from 5:30 to 8:30. "Fall" Into Family Fun with an evening of games, activities, prizes and treats promoting healthy alternatives all year long. Dinner is being served from 5:00 to 8:00 and includes a slice of Papa Murphys pizza, salad and a drink. An adult meal is $2.50, and a childs meal is $2.00. Punch card tickets for the carnival will be available before and after school on Thursday, October 21, and Friday, October 22. Five punches for $1. The night of the carnival they will be four punches for $1. Purchase your tickets early and come and enjoy a evening. RED RIBBON WEEK ACTIVITIES MONDAY -- October 25 Pass out ribbons. Student Council will visit each classroom twice during the week and reward those wearing their ribbon. They will also invite all to sign the pledge mural.
