Report taken of Theft of $ 1 50 and a Cell Phone. Suspects interviewed and adand four mitted the theft One males were referred to Juvenile Court Two female juveniles who were present at the time of the theft were not implicated. WARRANT. Confirmed Warrant - No Proof of Insurance, Failure to Wear Seat Belt male as in the Utah County $380. Jail. ld 99 FAMILY FIGHT. Dispatched to a situation involving an altercation between a mother and her daughter, age 17, who allegedly was out of control. The young girl was allowed to leave home for the night, allowing the situation to calm down. 99 Investigated an UNATTENDED DEATH. 99 POSSESSION OF STOLEN PROPERTY. Responding to a report of a possible burglary of a home resulted in the arrest of two boys, girl for Possesages 15, and one sion of Property that had been Stolen from a male. The trio were cited to appear at the City Youth Court STOLEN VEHICLE. Male, age 15, received a referral to Juvenile Court for taking a vehicle without permission - Joy Riding - and Driving Without a License - Underage driver. 99 THEFT. The male from East Carbon, Utah, parked his truck at the cemetery. He left the windows down. He and a relative walked a short distance to visit family graves. When they returned, he discovered the sports bag he had left on the front seat had been stolen. The bag contained $140 in cash, a watch with a silver and turquoise band, value $300; a Nebo Credit Union checkbook, 3 other checkbooks, personal receipts, and a $40 Folding Knife. Both men remember seeing a pickup truck drive by but paid no attention. They didnt see anyone walking. Officers checked the area but found nothing. MINOR CRASH - AUTO SHOP PARKING LOT - HIGH SCHOOL. Complainant, female from Santaquin, reported the male, age 17, was driving erratically, "showing off," and hit the back of her car, damaging the bumper. He stopped, looked at the damage, said he would pay for it and then left 99 RECKLESS DRIVING. female school bus driver stated a juvenile, ld male, age 1 7, had run a stop sign, drove in front of the bus in a reckless manner, and then followed the bus. This wasnt the first time. The youth was warned to stay away from the bus. 99 BAD CHECKS. male from Centerville now owes Payson City Corporation $663 for writing six checks totaling $543 that were returned, stamped "Insufficient Funds." A Certified letter sent to the individual was returned, marked "Moved. Left no address." Charges pending further investigation. INTOXICATION. Dispatched to the Great American Restaurant on an intoxicated male. Tfre male from Flagstaff, Arizona, had no friends or relatives in the area. Subject was arrested for being drunk and transported to the Utah County Jail.
