He will answer questions on canning, drying, freezing etc. and do some demonstrating regarding: Suifur-In- g Fruits for Drying, steam Canning, New 15 pound Pressure Method, Blanching, Basics of Botulism, Packaging of Dry Foods, & Safe chemicals to improve the Ouallty of Canned, Frozen and Dried Foods.
