Funeral services will be Tuesday, July 7, 1981, in the Payson 4th Ward Chapel, 700 East 500 North, at 1:00 p.m. Friends may call at the Walker Mortuary, Pay-soMonday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday 1 hour prior to services. Burial will be in the Mona City Bob Ashworth, 57, died Friday, July 3, 1981, in the Mountain View Hospital. He was born April 2, 1924, in Karval, Colorado, the son of Berton Ray and Lela Mae Sherman Ashworth. He married Charlene Kay March 27, 1976, in Payson, Utah. He was educated in Eureka schools, served in the C.C.C. and also was a veteran in the Navy during World War II. He was a member of the Elks in Eureka. He has been President of the U.S. Steel Workers Local 4260 for the past 14 years. Eugene1 Floyd, 37, of Hill Air Force Base, died Sunday, July 5, 1981, of a heart ailment. He was born J anuary 3," 1944, in Nashville, Tennessee, to Adley D. and Altha Lorene Hollis Floyd. He married Linda Elaine Shumaker November 14, 1964, in Colorado Springs, Colorado. for He was a the USAF 19 years, served two tours in Vietnam, two tours in Germany, and was stationed in Korea. He was a recruiter at Rock Island, Illinois. He was at HAFB 1 year, was an active boy scouter, member of the Knights of Pythias, and was an active genealogist.
