wiest the committee on claims ard and appropriations were instructed to incorporate the same in the territorial appropriation bation bill to bs ba exper expended ded under the supervision of the territorial road commissioner mcfarr presented a bill apportioning the representation of utah urah territory which was I 1 read and tabled to come up in order the committee on an claims and
