Bee and the Wasatch Wave, Wednesday, November 24, 1976. .4 t vi Ji 4 t 4 M the purpose of this newspaper supplement to acquaint the public with the challenges which Mountainland (Utah, Wasatch and Summit Counties) faces in planning for the future. Of prime importance is the wise use and allocation of our resources, with particular emphasis on land, water, and transportation facilities. The Mountainland Association of Governments encourages the publics increased awareness and interest in these management problems and welcomes public involvement with local government to assist citizens in understanding the complexities of resource management and to aid public officials in making important decisions which will affect our future. Much of the information and statistical data presented in this supplement was Section 208 Water Quality Management curgenerated as a part of the rently being conducted by the Mountainland Association of governments.
