Show Ralph Knight Funeral services were held yesterday in the Genola Ward Chapel for Ralph W. Knight, 69, who died May 3 of cancer in a Salt Lake City hospital He was born Oct. 20, 1903, in Orem to Newett J. and He Eliza Stratton Knight. married Fern Young May 27, 1 9 2 in the Salt Lake 5, Temple. Mr. Knight worked as a bookkeeper, was a fruit and sold quarter horses. He was a member of the LDS Church. He served as Orem city councilman, was a past president of the Orem Riding Club, and served as a national judge, Quarter Horse Association. Survivors include his wife, sons and daughters, Ray N. Knight of Santaquin; Kenneth D. Knight of Orem; Gary L. Knight of Payson; Mrs. Clent (Colleen) Lewis of Logan; Mrs. Val (Fern) Harwood of Payson; 19 grandchildren, iar-m- seven and great er Funeral services were held Sat u i day in Cedar City for James Phillip Stevenson, 77, a native of Santaquin, who died April 30 in a Salt Lake City hospital after a brief illness. He was the brother of Mrs. Lillian Walker of Santaquin. He was born Oct. 10, 1893, to James and Sarah Helen Cushing Stevenson. He married Mary Irene Walker Feb. 19, 1923, in Provo and the marriage later was solemSt. George nized in the Temple. Site died in 1965. Mr. Stevenson was a retit ed employe of Utah Internationa! Car Wash Set Saturday By DebateCluh y The Payson High School Debate Club will sponsor a car wash Saturday from 9 a. m. to 2 p.m. in the front parking lot at the high school.
