Sister Karen Losee has returned home from the Ohio Columbus Mission. He married Roberta Clara Sorensen on June 20, 1928, in the Salt Lake Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-daSaints. She died on June 16, 1985. He was educated in Genola and Santaquin schools. He attended the Brigham Young and Utah State Academy University. He was a farmer. He wmrked as a carpenter for Geneva during the construction of Geneva and other carpenter jobs. He worked as a miner for Chief and Tintic mines. He worked for the county road department and for the city ol Genola. He retired from Strawberry Water Users as a ditch rider. He has lived in Genola since 1919. He served as Genola town clerk, and as clerk Floyd Aldon Nelson and Bruce Rolan Nelson, and 2 brothers: Nelson and Roland Cecil For information, or Dons, 465-429- cal' Pat, 224-089- OBITUARIES Bryon Harper Parker Byron Harper Parker, age 81, died Sunday, September 29, 1985, in a Provo hospital. He was born September 30, 1903, at Payson, Utah, a son of John Hyrum and Mintora Arabella Harper Parker. He married Lena Nora Bishop on October 4, 1928, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She died June 4, 1984. He attended schools in Payson, and the Brigham Young University for 4 years. He worked as a carpenter most of his life. He was an active member of The Church of Jesus Saints Christ of Latter-daand was a High Priest. He served a L.D.S. stake mission in Payson. He is survived by 2 sons: Don Parker of Snowflake, Arizona; Wayne Parker of Price, Utah; 3 daughters: Mrs. Karl (Virginia) Moore, Lehi; Mrs. Stan (Maxine) Cook, Midvale; and Mrs. Russ (Lenore) Vander Linden, West Valley City, Utah; 27 grandchildren; 28 a brother, Charles J. Parker of Rock Springs, Wyoming, and a sister, Dunice Garbett, Payson. A son, Harold, preceded him in death. Funeral services were held on Friday, October 4, 1985, in the Payson 12th LDS Ward Chapel, with Bishop Doyle Nielsen officiating. Interment was in the Payson City Cemetery under the direction of Park Memorial Funeral Home. y Mary Ada Bahr Nebeker Mary Ada Bahr Nebeker, age 99, formerly of Payson, died September 26, 1985, at Las Vegas, Nevada. She was bom on November 24, 1885, in Salem, Utah, a daughter of Gaus Otto and Mary Ann Grant Bahr. She married Henry Nebeker on March 25, 1903, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He died on August 1, 1935. in schools She attended the Salem and attended Brigham Young Academy. She was a member of The Daughters of the Utah Pioneers. She was an active member of the L.D.S. Church, serving in the Primary and Relief Society organizations. She is survived by 4 daughters: Bernice Donovan, Redwood City, California; Fay Oleson, Las Vegas, Nevada; Vonda Petersen, Sandy, Utah; and La Fawn Lately, Visalia, California; 8 grandchildren, 34 and 8 . Graveside services were held on October 1, 1985, at the Payson City Cemetery under the direction of Park Memorial Edmund (Ted) Patrick Hannifin Patrick Edmund (Ted) Hannifin, age 68, Eureka, Juab County, Utah, died in the Mountain View Hospital, Payson, Utah, of heart failure. He was bom on November 19, 1916, in Eureka, Utah, to Cornelius and Margaret B. Sullivan Hannifin. He married Nita Goslin. They later divorced. He married Rachel Baxter Long on March 28, 1966, in Elko, Nevada. He was a miner and hoist operator at mines in Eureka and Moab, Utah. He was a former employee at Hill Air Force Base. He was a member of St. Patricks Catholic Church Tintic and a member of 711 at Elks Lodge B.P.O.E. Eureka, Utah. He is survived by his wife, of Eureka; 5 sons: Edmund P. Arizona; Hannifin, Tucson, Michael, Richard, Patrick and Daniel Hannifin, all of San Bernardino, California; 4 stepsons: Verl Long, Spanish Fork, Utah; Arthur Long, Grantsville, Victor Utah; Long, G. Nevada; Evans Lund, Long, Eureka, Utah; 7 stepdaughters: Mrs. Sheldon (Joyce) Peery, Provo, Utah; Mrs. Grant (Mary) Frost, Fernley, Nevada; Mrs. Glade (Gean) Jordan, Elko, Nevada; Mrs. Loy (Thelma) Thomas, Wellington, Utah; Mrs. Fred (Lola) Garbett, Eureka, Utah; Mrs. Gary (Rose) Christensen, Eureka, Utah; and Mrs. Brent (Gail) Redmond, Orem, Utah; 54 grandchildren and 23 greatgrandchildren. Funeral were services conducted on Monday, October at Tintic Lodge 7, 1985, B.P.O.E. 711 at Eureka, Utah, with Exalted Ruler Michael Stapley officiating. Interment was in the Eureka City Cemetery under the direction of Holladay Hills Funeral Home. Cleopha Peterson Christensen Riley Cleopha Peterson Christensen Riley, age 86, a former resident of Goshen, Utah, died October 2, 1985, in the Central Health Utah Rehabilitation Center of causes incident to agj. She was born on September 13, 1899, in Moroni, Utah, to Carl William and Elizabeth Ann Dennis Peterson. She married Ralph Chris- - y Edward Riley. Both are deceased. She was an elementary school teacher in Moroni and Goshen, Utah. She also taught at Winter Quarters, Hatch, Grover, and Cold City, Utah. She was a graduate of Brigham Young University, and was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-daSaints. She is survived by 1 son and 1 daughter: Carl Christensen, Goshen, Utah; Mrs. William B. (Idona) Holman, Orem, Utah; 2 stepsons and 2 stepdaughters: John E. Riley, Roy, Utah; Keith Riley, Bountiful, Utah; Mrs. Laurence Nelson.
