Show R WEST VALLEY VIEW For Seniors Thursiicy, Nov. - Youth Of Stake To Host Meal TAYLORSVILLE. Young people of gene Carter Colvert. and BUI Taylorsville stake will host their fourth annual Golden Age banquet Saturday night in the stake center. The 6:30 p.m. dinner and program will be served to persons age 65 and older in the stake. Teens from the five wards will transport the guests, if necessary and have been assigned the food. They will also present the program. The menu will be a traditional Thank-.- , giving feast with turkey, dressing and pumpkin pie. About 150 guests are expected. A feature will be a picture gallery of the guests, either teen or early marriage photographs, that will be displayed in the cultural hall to be viewed prior to the dinner. Names will be placed beneath the pictures, it was noted. The program will in- clude something from each ward presented by the young people. Linda Horsley is adult chairman for the banquet. Members of the youth committee are Connie Layton, Mike Denison, Stuart Bowles Peggi Sorenson, Kerry Oliphant, Miriam Ward, Andy Moellmer, Mar- - licity chairman. Miss Rapp, who came to Granger from South high where she taught for two years, is sponsor also of the Sexcaliburs, a group of 45 boys. 20, 1980 West, was honored during a recognition dinner of the Shadow Mountain District where he was presented an award for completing 25 years of scouting. Preston is an Eagle Scout, the first so recognized in Granger 7th ward organized 25 years ago. He also earned a Duty to God award.
