The couple and their son Matthew reside in Kearns. Dear Sir, The Granite School Board seemed unsym- pathetic towards the needs of the less fortunate at its March 18 meeting by its refusal to allow the breakfast program into the district. The program couldnt be allowed even into one school on a pilot basis out of 52 elementary schools. This would have set a precedent and a precedent could become a dangerous thing. To have our tax dollars taken from us by the federal government and then returned to hungry children in the form of fruit, milk and a roll.
