Heaton SOUTH tJDtOCD, Explains Gcals During the past few months, it has been my privilege to be the chairman of the Kearns Town Council, and to work with the other members of the council you have elected. I feel we have accomplished very much this past year in the programs of our community, A number of projects have been g completed this past year such as new library, the Sheriffs substation, the Kearns Youth Center and a couple of new chapels. Activities started this past year, but not yet completed, include the new $4,000,000 Kearns High School, and the new swimming pool. Both of these projects should be completed during the year 1966. One thing that I would wish for, us as a community during this coming year is that we continue to work closer together and that we gain more community spirit. I would like to extend my thanks to all of you who have unselfishly contributed of your time and talents during the past year to help make Kearns a place to be SALT LAKE CITY OAD, PHONp AM UTAHj We Invite You To Visit Our New Shop cad SS v sh NEW LOCATION EAST OF KEARNS BOWLING LANES on 5400 South Phont 57 uIJ W fy 298-358- 3 S Girls Semi-Dre- ss Shoes Boys Oxfords We Feature: 3? f 3VDBDIL OWES WE FEATURE: PERMANENT WAVES 5482 South 4220 West OPEN 8:30 a.m. 298-476- 1 We Sell And Wigs Style W' W V- -'' ) BOth ANNIVERSARY 1905-136- 5 4049 West 5415 South Kearns Shopping Center There are over 300 Karls family shoe stores in the West. |
