Approximately 40 percent of the total U.S. labor force is employed in a business related to garciulture transporting, processing, marketing of food and fiber, or producing and selling the production supplies. Agriculture is the biggest business in the U.S., and upon its success depends a great many other industries. Farmers have the same problems as other businessmen in buying services and selling their products.
