Graduated with LIB Degree (Law) Unversity of Utah. While studying for the law degree was a member of the Board of Editors of the Utah Law Review. Experienced In Government Bruce S. Jenkins has served as an Asistant Attorney General for Utah as well as as Assistant County Attorney under Senator Frank E. Moss. He is presently a member of the Utah State Senate. He is assigned to the Business and Commerce, La- bor, State and Federal Affairs and the Judiciary Committees. He is serving as chairman of the Natural Resources Subcommittee on State Services and has devoted many weeks studying ways and means of improving state services. Mr. .Jenkins was a candidate for Mayor of Salt Lake City in 1959. Respected Community Member Sentor Bruce S' Jenkins is married to Margaret Watkins. They have four children, Judith 6 yers, David 4 years, Michael 3 years and Carol (she was born on Christ- mas Day) 10 months. He is an active member of the LDS Church. He presently teaches an adult Sunday School Class. Bruce has been selected for positions of leadership and trust by member of his community. He is President of the Glendale Park Lions Club. He serves as a member of the Advisory Board of the Salt Lake technical Institute (Vocational School). He is is Vice President and member ot tne board of directors of a school for multiple handicapped children. He is a Navy Veteran of World War II.
