The program started at 7:30 with every meeting in the multipurpose room. Mr. Holmes presided over the meeting along with Mrs. Fern Peterson, PTA president. First and second grade parents were able to go either night. All morning students parents enjoyed the program on the night of the 5th. The afternoon pupils parents participated the following evening. A special musical number was presented by the Meadow Brook Womens Sextet, Donna Heaps, Shirley Sims, Nellie Gold, Wanda Behunin, Gloria Hansen, Bonnie Pratt, accompanied by Verla Nielsen. Parents were able to visit with their childrens teachers and discuss any problems that the child, parent or teacher might have.
