Redwood Rd. Phone: CY ST. PAUL'S LUTHERAN CHURCH TO BE DEDICATED SUNDAY Special dedication services will be held Sunday, at 3 p.m., at the new St. Pauls Lutheran Church, 5071 South 4200 West, Kearns. Guest speakers will be Dr. S. L. Swenson, Conference President, and Rev. A. G. Fjellman, regional director, Western Area. Members of the church have donated many hours of their time to get the building ready for this important event and look forward with great pleasure to see their dream come true a church of their own. Rev. Carl E. Samuelson is pastor. d The large building features a nave, seating about 200 persons, an educational unit, a pull-ma- n type, kitchen, restrooms and storage facilities. At some later undetermined date, three educational units will be added to the rear, to make in all, seven units that will surround an open court. Dominating the entrance is a 46 foot wood and steel illuminated cross in a 6 foot deep, 20 foot circular reflecting pool. The roof extends down the sides of the building to 5 feet above the ground level. Underneath the overhang )f the flat top meeting the side roof is a high continued fixed glass wall to allow natural lighting of the interior. Partridge GRANGER Miss Margaret Mc- Knight and Vernon L. Partridge were united in marriage Aug. 22, at the Partridge home. Bishop Earl Hill of the Granger 3rd Ward of- ficiated. Miss Janice Peterson of Salt Lake City has Maid of Honor and Alonzo Lee, Magna, was best man. Only immediate members of the family were in attendance. The new Mrs. Partridge is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs M. A. McKnight, Salt Lake City. Mr. and Mrs. Earl Partridge of Granger are the grooms parents. The newlyweds will make their home at 3675 Bishop St., Granger. Several parties in honor of the couple will be held in the near future. the eaves at the base of the side roofs. Plans are presently underway to get an orchestra to furnish the music. This dance is the first of the season and is under the direction of the Kearns Stake YWMIA and YMMIA Boards.
